Role: SAP GTS Consultant / Lead – Global Trade Transformation Programme Exp: 6+ Yrs Location: Remote Budget: 60K to 70K PM (If Candidates are asking above than the given budget, Please let me know, We can discuss) Timing : 1 PM to 10 PM About the Programme Customer is transforming its global operations by upgrading from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition on Azure across multiple sites in 30+ countries. This enterprise-wide programme spans finance, supply chain, EHS, and trade operations and aims to standardize processes, improve compliance, and modernize the company’s digital core. Role Overview We are seeking experienced SAP GTS Consultants / Leads to drive global trade compliance transformation initiatives within a complex multi-country SAP S/4HANA migration programme. The role requires deep expertise in trade compliance, customs processes, export controls, and tariff management within highly regulated global environments. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement SAP GTS solutions for global trade operations • Manage Trade Compliance, Export Controls, Customs Management, Tariff & Duty Management, Intrastat & Documentation Processes • Standardize trade and customs processes across 30+ countries • Support regulatory compliance across EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions • Participate in brownfield migration and process harmonization initiatives • Work closely with business users, logistics teams, compliance stakeholders, and SAP architects • Drive fit-gap workshops, testing cycles, cutover planning, and production support • Support exploratory build phases, sandbox remediation, and production tuning activities • Contribute to wave-based implementation delivery from Apr 2026 – May 2028 • Ensure audit readiness and compliance traceability for chemical industry operations Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years of SAP GTS consulting experience • Strong expertise in Trade Compliance, Customs & Export Processes, Tariff Classification, Sanctioned Party Screening, Preference Processing • Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments • Exposure to global multi-country rollout programmes • Understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance • Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or regulated industries preferred • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • SAP GTS certification preferred • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology • Exposure to Azure-hosted SAP environments Why Join? • Opportunity to work on a strategic global transformation programme • End-to-end ownership across build, migration, deployment, and optimization phases • Exposure to highly complex international trade compliance scenarios • Long-term programme with global stakeholder engagement • Collaborate with leading SAP and transformation experts across regions
